  • The significance of Water Sensitive Urban Design is increasing with the growth of urban areas and the rising demand for water resources. By Integrating these principles into planning and design, it is possible to establish more sustainable and adaptable cities that are better prepared to manage the condequences of climate change and conserve natural water systems.

  • Photo-voltaic solar electricity is used to convert sunlight into usable energy, while skylights replace lighting when it's enough outside.

  • The aim of waste management is to minimise the adverse impact of waste on the environment and human health while maximising the value of resources by recovering and reusing them where possible. Effective waste management is essential for promoting a healthy and sustainable environment, conserving natural resources, and reducing the negative impact of waste on the environment we live in.

  • Encouraging recycling and composting in buildings can divert a substantial amount of waste away from landfills, resulting in a reduction of the negative impact on the environment. by adopting a holistic approach to waste management, buildings can not only reduce the costs associated with waste disposal but also enhance the cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace.

  • • Significant solar systems installed with metering to be fed via master system controlling energy consumption and sale to the grid
    • Intelligent energy efficient LED lighting
    • Skylights to substitute for lighting when sufficient daylight is detected
    • Solar hot water system
    • Electric vehicle charging stations
    • Building management systems controlling the heating
    • Cooling and lighting for maximum efficiency
